Words I die for

I'm going to begin by posting very early work when we were "Strength of one"- a punk band! These next few songs have to be atleast 4-5 years old:

Words I die For

Looking at you, I know as this slow dance ends, it's time to say goodbye. I'm sick of hoping for the words I want from you to save this fight. A sting of sarcasm, I realise that you are more than kisses, but it's okay 'cause I'll get through this without you.

I say it to you, but you turn away! I say it again, you just walk away.

I cling to your hand, the sweet scent consuming, cold air steals the night. I have collected the sticks and stones that you gave to me. Empty promises, to hold you again would be my suicide, but it's okay 'cause I'll get through this without you.

What can I do to make you listen!? What can I do to make you stay!? I guess it does'nt matter now, your things are gone and you are on your way.

Reliving this scene that you play out, a thousand times before. Anxieties rising, indecisive crying, now I'll be on my way! Shattered picture frames, I threw in rage as the glass has buried you, I'm okay, I'm screaming through this against you!

Lyrics written by Chris Yeoman and Samual Benson.
